Througout my career I have been able to appreciate the value of good planning and the ROI from listening to the customer. There is a great value in conducting research, as it give us a view of a customer beyond a moment in time. Assumptions are challenged and both time and money can be saved, giving both the user and others involved a great sense of teamwork.
